We achieve our refurbishing solutions by carrying out the steps below

• Testing – all products that come into stock are tested to identify their fault.
• Repairing – these products are then repaired by our technicians and re tested to ensure the fault has been fixed.
• Cleaning – once the repair has been verified as fixed, the products are cleaned to give a quality look and overall finish.
• Grading – after cleaning, products are graded into three categories, A, B and C grade. The grade of an item all depends on the over all look of the item once it has passed the cleaning phase.
• Re selling – once all the above processes are complete, the items are listed for re sale through our domestic and international selling channels, giving the item a new home, creating happy customers and reducing the build up of electronic waste in land fills
