Q: What are Baxtros UK delivery times?
A: We offer a 2 – 3 working day delivery time on all orders made between Monday and Friday by 2pm that day. You have the option to upgrade to next day delivery for £1.00. Next day delivery applies to items ordered between Monday and Thursday.
Q: Will COVID 19 have any impact on my delivery time?
A: Depending on your area and possibly restrictions in place there, your delivery time could be impacted due to COVID 19. Unfortunately, any delays are out of our control.
Q: What is the cost of UK Delivery?
A: Our standard delivery cost is free, you can also upgrade to next working day delivery for £1.00.
Q: Who does Baxtros deliver their items with?
A: We deliver the vast majority of our items with Royal Mail.
Q: Does Baxtros post to Europe and World Wide? Is there a fee?
A: Yes we post to Europe and World Wide for a small fee starting from £1.99.
Q: How long does it take for an order to arrive in Europe and World Wide?
A: Typically 3 – 5 working days for Europe. And 7 – 10 working days World Wide.
Q: I’ve found your item cheaper elsewhere, can you match it?
A: Provide us with the details of where you are looking to purchase the item and one of our helpful members of staff will better it.
Q: How can I find out about your latest offers?
A: Simply sign with us and you will receive our latest offers via email.
Q: You say you ship to Europe and Worldwide for £1.99, but I am being charged £6.49 for delivery. Why is this?
A: Some locations in Europe & Worldwide class as high risk, this means that many packages sent there without tracking do not arrive. As we aim for our customers to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us, we track all orders to high risk areas to ensure a successful delivery.
If you wish to return an item you have purchased, please make contact with us immediately and one of our staff will be available to assist you.
Before returning your item, we suggest you review our returns policy below:
Baxtros offers a standard 30 day return policy, from the date of purchase, on items customers purchase and later decide they no longer require. Return postage for these items is to be covered on behalf of the customer. There will also be a re stocking fee. This is calculate by taking the cost of posting the item to the customer along with any fee’s incurred upon return of the item.
Baxtros will offer to refund postage costs or provide a pre-paid postage label to customers who wish to return an item that is found to be faulty.
Baxtros will exchange an item be it faulty and within the 1 year warranty period. The customer also has the option of a refund, if the item is faulty and returned to Baxtros premises within 30 days of being purchased.
Baxtros offers a full 1 year warranty from the purchase date on all products. If the warranty is past its expiry date, Baxtros will not accept any responsibility for the return, refund or exchange of the item.
Baxtros will not exchange or refund any item that has been tampered with and as a result voided the warranty. Baxtros will also not exchange or refund any item that has incurred water damage or physical damage.
Baxtros requests all items that are return to include the original packaging, if this was included when the item was purchased, this also includes any accessories that came with the item.
Baxtros processes exchanges and refunds every Thursday.
Once a refund has been processed it will take between 2 – 3 working days to show in your bank account.
Exchanges will take 2 – 3 working days to reach UK destinations from processing on the given Thursday. Items being exchange to Europe will take 3 – 5 working days. And World Wide exchanges will reach their destination 7 – 10 working days after the Thursday of processing.
Once your item is received back to us and processed for re dispatch delivery will take between 2 – 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

World Wide customers
Once your item is received back to us and processed for re dispatch delivery will take between 7 – 10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are dispatched everyday Monday to Friday by 3pm. For customers that wish to cancel their order prior to dispatch, we advise to contact us by 12pm on the respective day of dispatch. If your order has been placed between the hours of 12pm and 3pm, and you then wish to cancel, there is a risk your item could be dispatched. In this instance, we will arrange a return once the item arrives with you to process a refund on the purchased item. Customers in this instance are responsible for the return postage cost of the item.
