All of our speakers undergo a three stage testing process.  First when the speakers arrive at our premises, they are checked and diagnosed for faults, next the faults are repaired and then the speakers receive a full clean over, before going into stock.  Finally, with certain models, they are checked once again prior to dispatch to ensure a solid, quality product and performance.

The vast majority of speakers come complete with accessories, this includes a plug and in some cases, as remote. We do our best to recycle all parts of the speakers, however in some circumstances we will replace accessories with brand new generic ones.

Baxtros ensures quality packing when speakers are in transit to customers, that’s why we make certain brown boxes are used, along with plenty of bubble wrap.  Giving assurance to our customers their refurbished speakers from Baxtros, will arrive in a safe condition.

To guarantee our product quality, Baxtros covers all speakers with a full 1 year warranty, covering any technical faults that may occur.
